Sadly, a segment of our society is always going to be unwilling to accept responsibility for their actions. Whether they're a sociopath, or suffering from some apparent mental or emotional affliction, the modis operandi is always the same:"In the face of undeniable guilt: deny, deny, deny." I think the logic goes something like this:- If they didn't see me do it, deny it.
- If only one person saw me do it, deny it; it's my word against theirs.
- If more than one person saw me do it; cry conspiracy.
